The ICE Gala provides attendees with an exciting evening out complete with a cocktail reception, a fabulous dinner and rounded out with live and silent auctions. This signature event helps raise much needed funds through sponsorships, auction and ticket sales.

This community wide event offers a family friendly environment that allows those we serve and those who provide us financial support and volunteer support to come together for a day filled with good food, good friends, live music and the opportunity to support those in need in our community. Complete with a BBQ Competition, kids play area and a 5K race through the beautiful town of Davidson. Well over 1,000 folks attend to help support the mission of The Ada Jenkins Center.

The Curry Celebrity Golf Classic is held at River Run Country Club. The Curry family graciously donates their name, time and effort to this event. Each team consists of 3 players and 1 celebrity. Players are treated to a day of fun in the sun as they play 18 holes before coming back to a dinner reception at which time the top teams are awarded prizes. Each player receives a team photo as a momentum of their participation. There is a raffle, hole in one prizes and other events to help round out the day.
